Where we need extra short term skills (e.g. during the sunrise phase of a new top level domain), we will get the most suitable contract staff for the work required.

After obtaining a degree in Computing from Imperial College, London, David worked for over 10 years as a Management Consultant managing teams of over 100 people. He then went on to establish a web development company in Scotland. After 9 years, he recently sold the business.
David is reponsible for the technical and operational parts of the applications to ICANN and for ensuring that Scotnom is ready to run the registry once approved by ICANN.
Born and educated in Edinburgh, Bill enjoyed a fifteen year career in sales and marketing. In 2003 he set up an Edinburgh based property and finance company.
Bill is responsible for the financial aspects of our applications, as well as for managing the sponsorship, support and marketing of the campaign.
