Our philosophy is simple: We take on ALL aspects of the Top Level Domain from start to finish and provide the benefit for the community we are supporting.

This includes:

  • getting all relevant political approval required to be granted the registry licence from ICANN
  • obtaining the finance to prepare the application and run the registry
  • generating community support for the application, across all sectors of the community
  • preparing a robust application to ICANN
  • operating the registry for the benefit of the community

We have established an effective and efficient team and processes to allow us to deliver a new registry relatively smoothly. Each new registry will have a dedicated team focusing on that registry application, while ongoing registries will use common back-end support staff.

Through this approach, we can provide excellent service while maintain relatively modest costs, thereby allowing us to keep a tight control on the fees for the domain names. This means a healthy number of domain names will be sold which is necessary for a robust top level domain.

As a business representing the community at large, we feel it incumbent upon us to do our bit to help the communities we support.

Not only do we provide discounted domain names for registered charities, but we also give 10% of our profits to local charities.
